Where your order is

You get a confirmation email straight away. If it hasn't arrived, check spam.
Processing
Same business day if you ordered before 2:00 PM CT. Next business day otherwise.
Shipped
A second email arrives with your tracking number. This is the one to use above.
Delivered
Standard delivery runs 3–7 business days after processing, anywhere in the 50 states.
Common questions
I have no tracking number yet
Tracking is generated when the order ships, not when it's placed. If it's been more than 3 business days since your confirmation email, email hello@nuzzelle.com and we'll chase it.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours, your building's mail room, and around side or back doors first — carriers frequently mark as delivered a few hours early. If it still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, email us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier claim. In most cases we simply send a replacement.
Tracking hasn't updated in days
Scans can go quiet mid-route, particularly around holidays and severe weather. As long as the package is moving toward you, this usually resolves on its own. If there's been no movement for 5 business days, contact us.
I entered the wrong address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before it ships. Once shipped, we can't reroute. If it comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@nuzzelle.com within 12 hours with your order number. After that it's usually already with fulfillment — but our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies, with nothing to ship back.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
