2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. We currently sell only to customers with a shipping address in the United States.
3. Products and health disclaimer
Our products are supplements intended for healthy adult cats and dogs. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before adding any supplement to your pet's routine, particularly if your pet is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or has a diagnosed medical condition. If your pet shows sudden or severe changes in behavior or health, contact your veterinarian.
4. Individual results
Results vary between animals. Any timelines, owner accounts, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of any specific outcome for your pet.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You may skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@nuzzelle.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
7. Shipping and risk of loss

8. Returns

9. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or copy our content for commercial use, or resell our products without written permission.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography, and the Nuzzelle name and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
